I would like to show my ad in the 'Premium Ads' list on a start page. What should I do?

You should go to the 3rd step called 'Premium' in the ad edit mode or click 'My Ads' menu and then click a link 'Premium' near your ad. 'My ads' menu item is shown for logged in users.
